At salguarino.com, my goal is to offer honest, supportive, and experience-based coaching to those navigating life transitions, personal growth, or recovery from gambling-related challenges. The terms below are meant to create a clear, respectful foundation for our work together.
1. Eligibility
Services offered through salguarino.com are intended for English-speaking adults aged 18 and over. Coaching is available to eligible individuals regardless of country of residence.
2. Nature of Coaching Services
The coaching provided here is non-clinical and experience-based. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. I am not a licensed healthcare provider,and coaching should not be used as a replacement for professional clinical care. If you are in crisis or need urgent support, please seek help from a qualified mental health or medical professional.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
Fees for coaching must be paid in full in advance, except for any free introductory consultation that may be offered. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing. If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed or cancelled late may be forfeited at my discretion.
4. Client Conduct
Respect and honesty are essential to this work. By using these services, you agree to engage in a respectful and collaborative manner. Abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in discontinued coaching without refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
While I am deeply committed to your growth and well-being, I do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes. salguarino.com and its owner are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of coaching services.
6. Changes to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of coaching services after changes are made implies your acceptance of those changes.
