ABOUT
I’m a life coach, writer, and longtime student of recovery, reinvention, and human connection.
I spent the first half of my life in New York, then years in Florida and Southern California before settling in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico — each place shaping how I listen, speak, and relate. You could say I’ve picked up a few emotional dialects along the way — though the New York accent’s still hanging on.
I work with people who are ready to make meaningful change — whether they’re recovering from addictive gambling, navigating emotional crossroads, or simply trying to live with more joy and integrity.
My own recovery journey started at 18. Since then, I’ve walked through addiction, fatherhood, entrepreneurship, and plenty of self-reinvention — and I bring all of it into my work.
My style blends East Coast candor with genuine warmth and lived experience. Fewer buzzwords, more real talk.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me walking the cobblestone streets with my wife Alejandra, catching up with my two daughters, or singing a Sinatra ballad at local karaoke.
IT WAS A VERY GOOD YEAR
These images weren’t chosen for perfection or sequence. They’re just moments—held onto, returned to, sometimes unexpectedly. A few are loud, most are quiet. And taken together, they remind me that even in the harder seasons, there was always more beauty, more joy, and more meaning than I may have realized at the time.
